Fothergills, built in 1883, is a charming historic venue overlooking Nottingham Castle.
They are an award-winning independent restaurant and bar, serving great food, quality cask ales, with top-rated reviews on Google and TripAdvisor, CAMRA Good Beer Guide recognition, and a commitment to sustainability.
5-7 Castle Road, Nottingham NG1 6AA
I believe the venue is child-friendly (please check this yourselves if you decide to bring children) however note it's it's not a massive place, so won't be room for 'running around' and age dependent it might mean you/one of you have to leave early/ not drink and dance etc, but I'd rather you come for an hour and have fun than not come at all.
