Does anyone remember the old MySpace quizzes? Oh my they used to get me through a lot! Whenever I couldnt sleep, or woke up randomly at 3am with a panic attack - they were there and were a great distraction for at least 5 minutes! (Obviously being careful not to share personal data that could be used for password hacking)
Well I've made some little Instagram and Facebook story lists\templates that I personally find help to either distract an overthinking mind, or to help organise and plan to calm the mind.. it may only be for 2minutes - but sometimes that's all you need.
